These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zerx software application and related services (the "Service"), provided by Autonomous Machines ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Cloud features are metered and debited from prepaid credit, billed per token at published per-model rates. Credit is purchased in advance. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account.
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
The Service includes a public discussion board. Anything you post there is public: anyone can read it, search engines may index it, and it stays up for as long as we choose to display it. Do not post anything confidential, and do not post another person's private information.
You keep the rights to what you write. By posting, you grant Autonomous Machines a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display it as part of the Service — which is what allows us to show it to other people.
You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or infringing of someone else's rights; do not impersonate anyone; and do not use the board to advertise. The name you post under is not verified and gives you no rights in it — someone else may post under a similar name.
We moderate the board. A post appears as soon as it is written, and the board is reviewed as it goes — by software, with a person able to act on it — so a post that breaks these rules may be removed after it has been published rather than being held back beforehand. We may remove any post at any time, with or without a reason, and may stop a poster from posting again. This applies whether or not the post breaks a rule stated here.
The Service and its underlying software are owned by Autonomous Machines. You retain all rights to your own files and data. What you post publicly is licensed to us as set out in section 5.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autonomous Machines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. On the discussion board we may also withdraw a poster's ability to post, as described in section 5.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
